Paid Social Designer – Statics, Motion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Develop static advertisements for Meta, targeting feed, stories, and reels placements.

• Create brief motion advertisements and animated iterations of static designs, including product animations, kinetic typography, and simple UGC-style edits.

• Transform creative briefs into various concepts and iterations for testing purposes.

• Enhance successful ads by incorporating new hooks, headlines, layouts, offers, and visuals.

• Collaborate with the growth team to analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, and ROAS to determine future testing strategies.

• Keep an eye on competitors and trends within CPG and supplement advertising, contributing fresh ideas.

• Uphold brand consistency while striving for creative solutions that deliver results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience designing paid social advertisements, preferably for CPG or DTC brands.

• A portfolio showcasing actual Meta ads that have been published, rather than just speculative work.

• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Figma.

• Comfortable with motion graphics tools such as After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, or comparable software.

• Capable of producing numerous high-quality variations swiftly.

• Basic understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and the importance of a captivating first frame.

• Ability to accept feedback constructively and utilize data to inform creative choices.

• Self-motivated, capable of managing your own workload and meeting deadlines.

• Experience in the supplements, food, beverage, or beauty industries.

• Familiarity with AI image and video production tools within a workflow.

• Experience designing for other paid advertising platforms like TikTok, YouTube, or Google.

• Basic copywriting skills for crafting headlines and hooks.
