This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads targeting the Brazilian audience.
• Strategically plan, implement, monitor, and enhance performance campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and build a sales pipeline.
• Take full ownership of campaign organization, targeting, budget management, return on investment (ROI), keywords, audience segmentation, formats, and creative assets from start to finish.
• Conduct research on the Brazilian market's challenges, key decision-makers, industry verticals, competitors, and B2B purchasing behavior.
• Evaluate audience engagement across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta to uncover opportunities for campaign improvement and messaging refinement.
• Collaborate effectively with teams in Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Content, Web Development, Design, Revenue Operations, Global Marketing, and Account Executives/Business Development Representatives.
• Utilize HubSpot, GA4, CRM data, and analytics to assess lead origins, quality, and potential for growth.
• Initiate and refine prospecting, retargeting, and branding campaigns based on Cost Per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), lead volume, and lead quality metrics.
• Create and document A/B testing strategies for ads, bids, creative elements, target audiences, landing pages, and various platforms.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking, GA4 event setup, Meta Pixel/CAPI implementation, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and CRM integration.
• Present campaign outcomes and subsequent action plans through regular reporting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably within the SaaS sector, with a strong emphasis on performance and paid media strategies.
• Direct experience in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with objectives related to lead generation, sales pipeline, or revenue enhancement.
• Established track record of working with the Brazilian market, possessing insights into local purchasing behaviors and competitive landscapes.
• Proficient understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and HubSpot platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with metrics such as CPL, CAC, Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), Quality Score, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Fluency in Portuguese is required.
• Proficient in English to effectively engage with global teams.
