This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts and act as the main point of contact.
• Conduct bi-weekly client calls to discuss performance, strategy, priorities, and upcoming steps.
• Prepare and distribute bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours prior to scheduled calls.
• Convert campaign data into clear, actionable insights for clients without a technical background.
• Foster strong client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Proactively address account issues to ensure stability and growth.
• Create, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns aimed at lead generation and appointment scheduling.
• Oversee budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign configurations.
• Monitor performance on a daily basis and modify campaigns based on cost-per-appointment and other critical metrics.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and devise strategies to enhance results.
• Experiment with audiences, messaging, and creative to discover opportunities for improved performance.
• Contribute to the ad copy and campaign messaging development.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
• Address technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
• Actively monitor tracking and lead flow to avoid issues that could impact client outcomes.
• Report to the Associate Director of Operations and maintain accountability for client results, relationships, and retention.
• Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in paid media, particularly in Meta advertising.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously and leading client-facing discussions.
• Demonstrated ability to steer campaigns towards specific performance targets while enhancing client retention.
• Proficient in conversion tracking, pixels, and fundamental marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred: Background in financial services marketing.
• Preferred: Experience with lead-generation and appointment-setting campaigns.
• Preferred: Knowledge of video sales letter marketing.
• Preferred: Experience with high-ticket or considered-purchase funnels.
• Preferred: Expertise in direct-response advertising.
