Paid Media Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete workflow for paid advertising initiatives.

• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure campaigns and deliverables progress smoothly.

• Oversee timelines, priorities, follow-ups, and deliverables effectively.

• Identify obstacles and guarantee that work is executed accurately.

• Work alongside paid media specialists across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and other prominent advertising channels.

• Directly communicate with clients about campaign status, upcoming launches or phases, feedback, deliverables, and expectations.

• Assess paid media efforts and campaign performance to confirm that deliverables meet project specifications.

• Clearly convey campaign performance outcomes to clients.

• Generate and present client reports utilizing campaign performance metrics.

• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to assist in reporting, research, communication, process organization, and paid media workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in paid media, performance marketing, paid advertising, or a related area of digital marketing.

• In-depth knowledge across various advertising platforms.

• Experience in managing projects, workflows, timelines, deliverables, or teams within a paid media or digital marketing setting.

• Strong familiarity with Meta, TikTok, Google, and other key paid advertising platforms.

• Proficient in direct client communication, encompassing campaign updates, results, feedback, and project expectations.

• Experience in reporting and analyzing paid media performance data for client-focused communication.

• Hands-on experience with paid advertising or ad creation is preferred.

• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for reporting, research, communication, and workflow enhancement.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
