This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main point of contact.
• Conduct bi-weekly client meetings to discuss performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Create and distribute bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours prior to scheduled calls.
• Interpret campaign data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical clients.
• Foster strong client relationships to enhance retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Proactively address account issues to ensure stability and growth.
• Develop, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns aimed at lead generation and appointment scheduling.
• Oversee budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign parameters.
• Monitor performance on a daily basis and adjust campaigns based on cost-per-appointment and other key metrics.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and devise strategies to enhance results.
• Experiment with audiences, messaging, and creative to uncover opportunities for improved performance.
• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging development.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure integrations with Calendly, automate workflows via Zapier, and manage lead-routing processes.
• Resolve technical issues arising between advertising platforms and client systems.
• Continuously monitor tracking and lead flow to avert issues that could affect client outcomes.
• Report to the Associate Director of Operations, maintaining accountability for client results, relationships, and retention.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on paid media experience, particularly in Meta advertising.
• Proven experience in managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing discussions.
• Demonstrated ability to steer campaigns toward established performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Experience in financial services marketing.
• Preferred: Knowledge of lead-generation and appointment-setting campaigns.
• Preferred: Proficiency in video sales letter marketing.
• Preferred: Experience with high-ticket or considered-purchase funnels.
• Preferred: Background in direct-response advertising.
