This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee performance management across paid advertising channels.
• Create, administer, and enhance paid search initiatives utilizing Google Ads and manage paid social campaigns via LinkedIn Campaign Manager across various product categories and regions.
• Formulate keyword and audience strategies, handling bids, budgets, and advertisement structures.
• Coordinate conversion strategies with funnel stages, including MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline, in collaboration with Marketing Operations and Inside Sales.
• Supervise paid media investment to optimize pipeline contributions while ensuring a reasonable Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
• Initiate structured experiments focusing on ad copy, creative elements, audience segments, bidding tactics, and promotional offers.
• Record testing insights and scale successful methods while ensuring consistency with brand voice.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Content teams to enhance landing page relevance, form performance, and post-click user experience.
• Ensure governance of campaigns, maintaining naming conventions, change logs, budget pacing, and quality assurance processes across Google Ads, GA4, GTM, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Identify campaign risks and opportunities in a proactive manner.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for marketing leadership.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly planning, performance forecasting, budget distribution, and channel strategy alignment.
• Proven hands-on experience in managing paid search and paid social campaigns.
• Required experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot or similar marketing automation/CRM platforms.
• Background in linking paid media performance to pipeline and revenue metrics, beyond just click or lead volume.
• Excellent reporting and analytical abilities, including extracting performance data, identifying trends, and translating data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable working across multiple regions, product lines, and stakeholders in a B2B setting.
• Strong organizational skills, including adherence to naming conventions, documentation practices, and structured testing methodologies.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage organizational responsibilities.
• Capacity to suggest improvements and constructively challenge oneself and team members.
• Proficient in communicating, writing, and synthesizing information.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with qualities of tact, diplomacy, autonomy, diligence, and discipline.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech/insurtech is an advantage.
