Paid Ad Operations Specialist Internship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Acquire practical experience with digital advertising initiatives utilizing Eskimi DSP, Google, Facebook, and other platforms.

• Assist in the setup, launch, and monitoring of campaigns.

• Learn to spot optimization opportunities and resolve issues.

• Gain an understanding of the collaboration among Sales, Operations, and Technology teams.

• Contribute to the creation of performance reports for client campaigns.

• Familiarize yourself with campaign success metrics and how data insights inform campaign strategies.

• A keen interest in digital marketing or advertising.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing terminology (CPM, CTR, impressions, conversions, etc.).

• Strong attention to detail and a genuine curiosity about the mechanics of ads.

• Effective communication skills and a proactive approach.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international team setting.

• General familiarity with Google Ads, Meta, or any Demand-Side Platform (DSP) is advantageous.

• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is a plus.
