This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main point of contact.
• Facilitate bi-weekly client meetings to discuss performance, strategy, priorities, and upcoming actions.
• Create and distribute bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours prior to scheduled calls.
• Convert campaign data into concise, actionable insights for clients without technical backgrounds.
• Foster strong client relationships to enhance retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Proactively address account issues to ensure stability and facilitate growth.
• Create, launch, and refine Meta campaigns aimed at lead generation and appointment scheduling.
• Oversee budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and other campaign parameters.
• Daily monitor performance and modify campaigns based on cost-per-appointment and other key performance indicators.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and devise strategies to enhance results.
• Experiment with audiences, messaging, and creative content to uncover better performance opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of ad copy and campaign messaging.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking systems, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure integrations with Calendly, automate workflows using Zapier, and manage lead-routing processes.
• Resolve technical challenges between advertising platforms and client systems.
• Actively supervise tracking and lead flow to avert issues that could impact client outcomes.
• Report to the Associate Director of Operations, ensuring accountability for client outcomes, relationships, and retention.
• Minimum of 4 years of practical paid media experience, particularly with Meta advertising.
• Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts while leading client-facing discussions.
• Demonstrated ability to steer campaigns towards set performance targets while enhancing client retention.
• Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred: Experience in financial services marketing.
• Preferred: Background in lead-generation and appointment-setting campaigns.
• Preferred: Knowledge of video sales letter marketing.
• Preferred: Experience with high-ticket or considered-purchase funnels.
• Preferred: Expertise in direct-response advertising.
