This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Comply with Environmental, Health and Safety protocols and foster a proactive safety culture.
β’ Utilize AbbVie-approved instruments to reduce extraneous materials during the packaging process.
β’ Conduct housekeeping cleans on finishing lines.
β’ Execute line clearances for lot and list changes, and blow finishing lines/equipment on 1β2 value streams.
β’ Aid in the setup of automated machinery in primary or secondary packaging areas.
β’ Operate and service automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment to produce finished pharmaceutical goods.
β’ Carry out quality-impactful responsibilities, including challenges, parameter checks, sample pulling, in-process checks, and bulk/commodity accountability.
β’ Maintain 6S standards for parts and tools throughout the production area.
β’ Report safety, quality, technical, and operational concerns to the relevant groups.
β’ Communicate and promote improvement opportunities through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
β’ Adhere to the production schedule and comprehend line priorities with minimal supervision.
β’ Troubleshoot minor equipment problems and make small adjustments to enhance equipment efficiency.
β’ Collaborate with colleagues on a finishing line and contribute to a quality-oriented team atmosphere.
β’ Completion of high school education or equivalent.
β’ Preferred technical experience and troubleshooting skills.
β’ Technical certificate or degree is preferred.
β’ Proven focus on maintaining the highest quality standards and ensuring adherence to site-level policies and procedures.
β’ Ability to communicate issues to the appropriate engineering and mechanical teams.
β’ Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software and applications.
β’ Familiarity with POMs, SAP, and MAXIMO is preferred.
β’ Understanding of relevant cGMP regulations and procedures is preferred.
β’ Capability to stand for 8β12 hours daily.
β’ Ability to lift weights up to 25 pounds.
β’ Willingness to work 40β48 hours per week, and up to 60 hours depending on manufacturing demands.
