This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Follow Environmental, Health and Safety protocols and promote a proactive safety culture.

β€’ Utilize AbbVie-approved tools to reduce extraneous materials during the packaging process.

β€’ Conduct housekeeping cleans on finishing lines.

β€’ Execute line clearances for lot and list changes and blow finishing lines/equipment across 1–2 value streams.

β€’ Support the setup of automated equipment in primary or secondary packaging areas.

β€’ Operate and service automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment.

β€’ Carry out quality-impacting production tasks such as challenges, parameter checks, sample pulling, in-process checks, and bulk/commodity accountability.

β€’ Maintain 6S standards for parts and tooling throughout the production floor.

β€’ Report safety, quality, technical, and operational issues to the relevant groups.

β€’ Communicate and promote improvement opportunities through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

β€’ Collaborate closely with the production schedule and comprehend line priorities with minimal supervision.

β€’ Troubleshoot minor equipment problems and make minor adjustments to enhance equipment efficiency.

β€’ Work in partnership with colleagues on a pharmaceutical finishing line, fostering a quality-oriented team atmosphere.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or equivalent.

β€’ Preferred technical experience and aptitude for troubleshooting.

β€’ Technical certificate or degree is preferred.

β€’ Proven dedication to maintaining the highest quality standards and ensuring compliance with site-level policies and procedures.

β€’ Ability to effectively communicate issues to the relevant engineering and mechanical teams.

β€’ Basic computer skills with a willingness to learn new programs and applications.

β€’ Preferred understanding and experience with POMs, SAP, and MAXIMO.

β€’ Knowledge of applicable cGMP requirements and procedures is preferred.

β€’ Ability to stand for 8–12 hours per day.

β€’ Capability to lift up to 25 pounds.

β€’ Willingness to work 40–48 hours per week, and up to 60 hours depending on manufacturing needs.
