Packaged Application Test Engineer – SAP RISE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and execute the comprehensive testing strategy for the SAP S/4HANA transformation.

• Oversee testing for cloud transformation utilizing the SAP RISE offering.

• Implement system conversion, brownfield, greenfield, and SAP Activate methodologies.

• Create and sustain test plans, frameworks, and methodologies that align with program objectives.

• Lead and manage testing teams, including resource distribution and performance evaluation.

• Organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and promote stakeholder involvement.

• Manage defect processes, including triage, resolution tracking, and reporting.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle.

• Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to verify requirements and deliverables.

• Offer status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to program leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in software testing, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

• Demonstrated experience managing extensive ERP testing programs, ideally with SAP S/4HANA.

• Strong understanding of testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities.

• SAP certification or experience with SAP Activate methodology is preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies is preferred.

• Experience with automation tools and performance testing is preferred.
