PA Program Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist local governments and private non-profit organizations in their recovery from natural disasters by leveraging federal funding programs, specifically the FEMA PA program.

• Facilitate the administrative aspects of the recovery initiative by gathering documentation such as damage reports, financial records, facility maintenance logs, and other pertinent information.

• Aid clients in verifying that their expenses qualify for funding in accordance with FEMA PA program guidelines, processes, and compliance regulations.

• Collaborate with clients to support project development efforts, which includes the preparation of FEMA PA Project Worksheets (PWs).

• Contribute to additional recovery initiatives beyond the FEMA PA program as required.

• Operate in various settings depending on the project, which may include remote work, occasional travel to client locations, or potentially extended travel during deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least two (2) years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting or in a position that directly supports the FEMA PA Program.

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, political science, public policy, emergency management, business administration).

• Prior experience in financial analysis and reconciliation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including skills such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
