PA Program Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to clients involved with the FEMA Public Assistance (PA) Program and/or other specialized programs as required.

• Aid local governments and private non-profits in their recovery from natural disasters through federal funding initiatives, particularly the FEMA PA program.

• Gather documentation pertaining to damage assessments, financial details, facility maintenance logs, and other pertinent information.

• Help clients ensure that costs qualify for funding in accordance with FEMA PA program policies, processes, and compliance regulations.

• Collaborate with clients to assist in project development activities, including the creation of FEMA PA Project Worksheets (PWs).

• Participate in additional recovery initiatives outside of the FEMA PA program as assigned.

• Operate in various settings based on the project, including remote work, with occasional travel to client locations, or potentially longer-term travel for deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting or in a position directly supporting the FEMA PA Program.

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, political science, public policy, emergency management, business administration).

• Prior experience with financial analysis and reconciliation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
