PA Program Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assist local governments and private non-profit organizations in recovering from natural disasters through federal funding initiatives, specifically the FEMA PA program.

• Facilitate the administrative processes of the recovery program by gathering documentation related to damage assessments, financial data, facility maintenance records, and other pertinent information.

• Help clients verify that their expenses qualify for funding in accordance with FEMA PA program policies, processes, and compliance regulations.

• Collaborate with clients to aid in the development of project proposals, including the creation of FEMA PA Project Worksheets (PWs).

• Contribute to additional recovery initiatives outside of the FEMA PA program as needed.

• Operate remotely, with occasional travel to client locations, or engage in longer assignments depending on project requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least two (2) years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting or a position that directly supports the FEMA PA Program.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, political science, public policy, emergency management, business administration).

• Prior experience with financial analysis and reconciliation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
