PA Program Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver assistance to clients involved with the FEMA Public Assistance (PA) Program and/or various special programs.

• Aid local governments and private non-profits in their recovery from natural disasters through federal funding initiatives, particularly the FEMA PA program.

• Gather documentation such as damage assessments, financial data, facility maintenance records, and other pertinent information.

• Support clients in verifying that costs are eligible for reimbursement under FEMA PA policies, processes, and compliance regulations.

• Collaborate with clients on project development tasks, including the creation of FEMA PA Project Worksheets (PWs).

• Participate in additional recovery initiatives beyond the FEMA PA program as assigned.

• Operate remotely, with occasional travel to client locations or longer-term assignments based on project needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least two (2) years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting or in a position directly related to the FEMA PA Program.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., economics, political science, public policy, emergency management, business administration).

• Prior experience with financial analysis and reconciliation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
