
Outside Sales – Territory Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Expand and nurture sales initiatives within the designated territory across the contiguous United States.
• Foster product demand by establishing authentic customer connections, engaging in prospecting, and developing partnerships.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations of power mobility equipment.
• Inform customers about product selections, value propositions, and associated benefits.
• Suggest mobility solutions tailored to fulfill customer requirements.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
• Ensure the company meets its commitments.
• Promote the company’s vision, mission, culture, and values through regular, trust-based, and transparent communication.
• Undertake business travel as necessary, including visits to customers, product training sessions, clinical environments, retail locations, and industry events.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• A relevant college degree along with five (5) years of pertinent industry sales experience is strongly preferred; alternatively, an equivalent combination of related sales experience, education, and/or training will be considered.
• ATP credentials are preferred and recognized.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential.
• Must be a highly detail-oriented self-starter capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint) is required.
• Recent or relevant experience with ERP and CRM systems, or the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Competence in effectively managing time and workload is necessary.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% as expected by the role; travel may extend to 85%.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is an advantage.
• A valid US driver's license in good standing must be maintained throughout employment.
• An SUV, van, crossover, or a similar vehicle in excellent working condition and visually appealing is required.
• Active auto insurance must be maintained throughout employment.
• Capability to safely lift or move between 50 to 75 pounds.
• Must meet physical requirements, including standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, handling objects, reaching, talking, hearing, and using a computer.
• Completion of Form I-9, pre-employment drug screening, and consumer credit report requirements is mandatory.
