This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Meet quarterly and annual sales quotas along with associated objectives.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of both new and existing expansion accounts.
• Focus on opportunities that enable the achievement of quotas and healthy profit margins via the solutions sales model.
• Oversee the sales process by comprehending the decision-makers, necessary actions, and timelines required to finalize deals.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts for potential opportunities.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with both prospective and current clients.
• Serve as a program partner, ensuring exceptional service and adding value in every interaction.
• Highlight the value surrounding AEDs, accessories, first aid, program management, medical direction, and CPR/AED and active-shooter training.
• Present Safe Life’s offerings as a comprehensive solution.
• Inform customers and prospects about solutions, features, benefits, and the mission of saving lives.
• Collaborate with training and program management teams for scheduling and follow-ups.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and AED-related regulations.
• Identify industry trends and competitive insights, providing feedback to the company.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to accomplish objectives.
• Engage with sales leadership concerning pipeline progress, challenges, opportunities, sales, contracts, and strategic direction.
• Handle order processing, CRM updates, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant laws.
• Execute additional tasks as necessary to fulfill individual, departmental, or company goals.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, including selling comprehensive solutions in the commercial sector.
• Proven track record of consistent and successful sales performance.
• Experience in multi-touchpoint and conceptual selling is preferred.
• Must be insurable and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness and ability to travel by car or air, including day trips and overnight stays, up to 50% of the time.
• Demonstrated capability to think creatively and strategically to satisfy customer needs.
• Strong sales aptitude coupled with excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as Google Suite.
• Ability to quickly and effortlessly learn new technology/software programs.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to exercise sound independent judgment.
• Curious, driven to succeed, and willing to challenge the status quo by asking insightful questions.
