• Engage with skilled artists and assist them in selecting the ideal tools for their craft.

• Develop enduring relationships and transform new clients into lifelong supporters.

• Successfully close multiple deals each day.

• Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly targets with the support of a collaborative team.

• Prior experience in sales.

• Capability to connect with hair stylists and barbers.

• Proficiency in closing multiple deals on a daily basis.

• Ability to meet daily, monthly, and quarterly objectives.

• Swagger: Walk with confidence as if on the red carpet at the Oscars.

• Personality: Have a variety of traits akin to a gourmet ice cream selection.

• Charm: Skillful enough to persuade a cat out of a tree (or a stylist into purchasing our shears).

• Wit: Sharp enough to cut through small talk like our shears slice through hair.
