This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily category performance for key eCommerce clients and platforms, including homedepot.com.
• Evaluate sales, traffic, conversion rates, content quality, search visibility, and competitive developments.
• Formulate recommendations for optimizing assortments, pricing strategies, promotions, and content improvements.
• Spearhead digital shelf projects aimed at enhancing product visibility, conversion rates, and overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing teams on product content, imagery, videos, A+ content, and enriched brand experiences.
• Drive online assortments, new product launches, inventory availability, ratings and reviews, and catalog integrity.
• Assist in category assessments, business updates, and retailer meetings by providing insights, analytics, and performance reports.
• Identify and rectify catalog discrepancies, including item setup mistakes, variation opportunities, missing attributes, duplicate entries, and content deficiencies.
• Leverage retailer reporting tools, analytics, and internal data to formulate business recommendations.
• Keep track of marketplace trends, competitive actions, consumer behaviors, and industry advancements.
• Support brand protection efforts, authorized seller programs, and marketplace governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launches, promotions, and seasonal projects.
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards and KPI tracking systems.
• Act as a subject matter expert in digital commerce, customer experience, and online merchandising strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's Degree.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience; 3+ years preferred in eCommerce, category management, digital merchandising, account management, or online retail.
• Experience with The Home Depot, Lowe’s, or Amazon.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with experience in analyzing large datasets.
• Familiarity with product catalogs, item setup procedures, product content management, or PIM systems.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, highly collaborative environment.
• Preferred knowledge of digital shelf analytics, SEO, ratings and reviews, and online marketplace principles.
