This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee a portfolio to achieve sales and productivity targets for parts and service offerings.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with dealership management to secure commitment to strategic plans.
• Raise awareness and effectively communicate key initiatives and the value of programs.
• Implement Dealer Tire solutions tailored to dealership requirements and articulate their value.
• Create and present market review plans in collaboration with the operational team.
• Formulate and share strategies, objectives, action plans, and follow-up measures both internally and externally.
• Work together with operational teams before, during, and after dealership meetings.
• Evaluate dealership performance and devise actionable plans for improvement.
• Enhance business opportunities through collaboration with OEM regional contacts and program resources.
• Maintain regular monthly contact schedules with dealerships.
• Monitor activities and account information using Salesforce.
• Submit contact reports, forecasts, itineraries, and expense reports to sales management.
• Coordinate operational tasks to address dealership needs.
• Identify opportunities and assess investment and ROI.
• Evaluate, reinforce, and implement service-lane processes.
• Train and coach service advisors on effective selling and retail strategies.
• Analyze the training requirements of dealership staff.
• Develop and execute tactics for Effective Selling Strategies.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research.
• Determine product displays and competitive pricing in conjunction with Service and Parts Managers.
• Assess inventory and establish product mix and stock levels.
• Optimize dealership merchandising elements.
• Share insights on industry trends and best practices.
• Utilize data and analytics to review performance and facilitate dealership meetings.
• Address customer service issues related to account activities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in retail automotive operations, or similar experience in a related field.
• Previous experience in selling and managing a portfolio of business projects.
• Proficient in processing multiple inputs, prioritizing tasks, coordinating resources, and executing plans.
• Comprehensive understanding of all stages of the sales process (inventory, inspection, training, sales/retention) with the ability to negotiate and finalize deals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with dealership management and Dealer Tire internal teams.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.
• Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to think critically on the spot and provide value.
• Exceptional customer relationship management skills and ability to sell effectively.
• Must meet Dealer Tire’s Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy requirements.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Must adhere to random drug testing policy.
• Capability to stand for extended periods, as well as bend, crouch, and twist frequently.
• Significant driving and travel to customer accounts, up to 80% of the time.
• Travel may involve both vehicle and/or air transportation.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Targeted Annual Commission: $26,400.
