Outreach Specialist, Link Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Identify and assess valuable link-building opportunities through competitor backlink analysis, search footprints, Google operators, and various prospecting techniques.

• Analyze potential sites based on their relevance, traffic, authority, and overall quality.

• Design and implement tailored outreach campaigns on a large scale.

• Create segmentation and follow-up sequences while optimizing campaigns for better performance.

• Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency and improve response rates.

• Acquire guest posts, link insertions, directory listings, and other backlink placements.

• Develop and refine company profiles and submissions across B2B directories, industry platforms, and review sites.

• Manage guest-post content from start to finish, including briefing, sourcing, reviewing, editing, and obtaining final approvals.

• Audit and confirm live placements, including target URLs, anchor text, link attributes, and overall quality.

• Make direct contributions to search rankings, referral traffic, and long-term SEO growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical experience in outreach and link building.

• In-depth knowledge of link-building strategies and the assessment of backlink quality.

• Advanced skills in using Ahrefs.

• Capability to independently discover and qualify link-building opportunities.

• Experience with guest posting, link insertions, directory/profile submissions, and outreach to publishers.

• Background in briefing writers as well as reviewing and editing external content.

• Significant experience with email outreach automation and personalized communication at scale.

• Familiarity with tools such as Lemlist, Instantly, Hunter, or similar platforms.

• Proficient understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for research, outreach personalization, content creation, and workflow automation.

• Strong skills in Google Sheets and Excel.

• Excellent written communication abilities.

• Capacity to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.

• Comfort with ownership, transparency, and a results-oriented mindset.

• Resume must be submitted in English.

• Availability within a ±4 hour range of the Central European Time zone.
