Outreach & Referral Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire NoGigiddy referral program, including tracking, payouts, and communication.

• Identify and engage power users, community leaders, and micro-influencers to enhance NoGigiddy's reach.

• Perform outreach to potential referral partners, such as bloggers, forum administrators, and Facebook group owners.

• Monitor referral performance metrics and refine program mechanics to increase participation.

• Collaborate with the growth and marketing teams on referral campaign initiatives.

• Professionally address referral-related user inquiries and disputes.

• Provide monthly reports on referral traffic, signups, and program ROI.

• No formal degree necessary.

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

• Highly organized with the capability to manage a program with various components.

• Comfortable with data—able to track performance through spreadsheets or basic dashboards.

• Self-motivated individual who proactively builds relationships.
