Outreach & Referral Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete NoGigiddy referral program, including tracking, payouts, and communication.

• Identify and connect with influential users, community leaders, and micro-influencers to enhance NoGigiddy’s reach.

• Reach out to potential referral partners such as bloggers, forum administrators, and Facebook group moderators.

• Track referral performance metrics and refine program strategies to boost participation.

• Collaborate with the growth and marketing teams to promote referral campaigns.

• Address referral-related user inquiries and disputes in a professional manner.

• Provide monthly reports on referral traffic, sign-ups, and program return on investment (ROI).

• No formal degree is necessary.

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.

• Highly organized with the capacity to manage a program with multiple components.

• Comfortable with data — capable of tracking performance using spreadsheets or basic dashboards.

• Self-motivated individual who proactively builds relationships.
