Outreach & Referral Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the NoGigiddy referral program from start to finish — including tracking, payments, and communication.

• Identify and connect with key users, community leaders, and micro-influencers who can promote NoGigiddy.

• Reach out to potential referral partners such as bloggers, forum administrators, and Facebook group moderators.

• Analyze referral performance metrics and enhance program mechanics to boost participation.

• Collaborate with the growth and marketing teams on referral campaign initiatives.

• Address referral-related user inquiries and disputes in a professional manner.

• Provide monthly reports on referral traffic, signups, and program return on investment.

• A degree is not necessary.

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.

• Highly organized, capable of managing a program with numerous components.

• Comfortable with data — able to monitor performance using spreadsheets or basic dashboards.

• A self-starter who proactively builds relationships.

• A keen interest in growth, community engagement, or word-of-mouth marketing.
