📋 Description

• Oversee the complete NoGigiddy referral program, encompassing tracking, payouts, and communication.

• Engage and identify key users, community influencers, and micro-influencers capable of promoting NoGigiddy.

• Reach out to potential referral partners, such as bloggers, forum administrators, and Facebook group leaders.

• Track referral performance metrics and enhance program mechanics to increase participation.

• Collaborate with the growth and marketing teams on referral campaign initiatives.

• Address referral-related inquiries and disputes from users in a professional manner.

• Provide monthly reports on referral traffic, signups, and the program's return on investment.

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.

• Highly organized with the capability to manage a multifaceted program.

• Comfortable with data—able to monitor performance using spreadsheets or basic dashboards.
