📋 Description

• Oversee the complete NoGigiddy referral program, including the management of tracking, payments, and communication.

• Identify and connect with key users, community influencers, and micro-influencers to enhance NoGigiddy’s reach.

• Reach out to potential referral partners such as bloggers, forum administrators, and Facebook group leaders.

• Analyze referral performance metrics and refine program strategies to increase participation.

• Collaborate with the growth and marketing teams to implement referral campaign initiatives.

• Address referral-related inquiries and disputes in a professional manner.

• Provide monthly reports on referral traffic, signups, and the return on investment of the program.

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.

• Highly organized with the capacity to manage a program with multiple components.

• Comfortable with data, capable of tracking performance using spreadsheets or basic dashboards.
