Outpatient Psychologist – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Build a positive and trusting rapport with patients.

• Assess and treat mental health conditions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and circumstances.

• Conduct regular meetings with patients to offer counseling and treatment.

• Modify treatment plans as needed.

• Perform continuous evaluations of patient progress.

• Engage and advise family members when appropriate.

• Organize outreach and referral initiatives within the surrounding communities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Level Degree or higher (Required) in relevant fields.

• Fully licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist as per office location.

• Candidates without a valid, active license will not be considered.

• Not recruiting associate/intern level therapists.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in providing diagnostic assessments and therapy services.

• At least 12 months in a clinical setting after obtaining full licensure is required.

• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification during employment.

• Ability to collaborate effectively as a team member.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Capacity to guide, direct, or influence individuals.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to build and sustain effective working relationships with clients and their families.

• Proven proficiency in using electronic health record systems.

• High level of computer literacy, encompassing word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.

• Ability to adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues.

• Familiarity with NextGen is highly desirable.

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are beneficial, but not mandatory.
