Outpatient Psychiatrist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will manage a part-time caseload of 15–22 hours weekly, delivering comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment through telehealth.

• Availability during afternoons and evenings is necessary.

• Weekend hours may be available depending on patient demand.

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for individuals across all age groups.

• Diagnose and treat conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and others.

• Create personalized treatment plans that include medication management and therapy suggestions.

• Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, primary care providers, educational institutions, and families.

• Provide crisis intervention and continual support as required.

• Engage in team meetings and clinical consultations.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and Georgia regulations.

• Stay updated on advancements in psychiatric care and evidence-based treatments.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.

• Completion of a psychiatry residency program.

• Board certified or board eligible in psychiatry.

• Valid Georgia medical license and DEA license.

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine ability to work with diverse patient populations.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly encouraged.

• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or integrated care environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with telepsychiatry platforms and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is advantageous.
