Outcomes Analyst IV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Assess program outcomes and work in collaboration with stakeholders to execute action plans aimed at enhancing and optimizing results.

• Manage intricate outcomes analysis projects and may serve as a leader for other Outcomes Analysts.

• Create and oversee outcomes dashboards and scorecards for designated programs, while identifying trends.

• Track and evaluate program outcomes, recommending and implementing action plans as necessary.

• Conduct baseline outcomes and regular assessments of performance to ensure program readiness and verify compliance with requirements.

• Offer insights to senior leadership regarding key performance outcomes, addressing any inquiries or concerns.

• Present data and information to program stakeholders to facilitate improvements in program performance.

• Develop components of programs and assist in managing the implementation of assigned initiatives.

• Identify and instruct provider agencies on best practices to achieve optimal outcomes and pinpoint areas for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 6 years of experience in statistical analysis or data analysis.

• Preferred experience in the healthcare sector.

• Advanced proficiency in Enterprise Reporting and Analysis tools, SQL, and Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Access.
