Outcomes Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate program outcomes and collaborate with various stakeholders to develop action plans aimed at enhancing and optimizing results.

• Manage intricate Outcomes Analysis projects and serve as a subject matter expert for fellow Outcomes Analysts.

• Create and oversee outcomes dashboards and scorecards for assigned programs, identifying trends based on the results.

• Continuously monitor and analyze program outcomes.

• Suggest and execute action plans derived from analyzed outcomes.

• Conduct baseline outcome assessments and regular evaluations of performance metrics to ensure readiness and comply with program requirements.

• Provide insights to senior leadership regarding key performance outcomes and address any inquiries or concerns.

• Present data and information to program stakeholders to enhance program performance.

• Develop program components and assist in the overall management and implementation of assigned programs.

• Educate provider agencies on best practices to establish structures and processes that achieve optimal outcomes and recognize areas for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Eligible candidates must reside in the state of Indiana.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in statistical analysis or data analysis.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.

• Preferred experience with program outcomes and performance data analysis.

• VBA, Microsoft Access, or SQL experience is preferred.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.
