Outbound Telesales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to members to promote and arrange virtual appointments.

• Explain the advantages of virtual appointments and how they improve the healthcare experience for members.

• Utilize persuasive strategies to motivate members to schedule their appointments.

• Respond to inquiries and concerns regarding virtual services, offering accurate information and support.

• Keep thorough records of calls, member responses, and scheduled appointments within the CRM system.

• Follow up with members, external entities, and providers.

• Efficiently resolve inquiries from members and providers to meet service and quality standards.

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet weekly and monthly scheduling goals.

• Stay updated on healthcare services and offerings.

• Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards when managing member information.

• Ability to engage meaningfully with customers to foster emotional connection and advocacy.

• Simplify complexities and coordinate internal efforts to provide an exceptional customer experience.

• Comfortable working in a phone-intensive environment.

• Enthusiasm for being part of an organization dedicated to enhancing consumer experiences.

• Previous telephonic sales experience (inbound and outbound) is preferred.

• Familiarity with value-based primary care and/or Medicare Advantage is preferred.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both languages without restrictions or assistance is preferred.

• Work from a dedicated space free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.

• Self-provided internet service with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
