Outbound Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Make numerous outbound calls to patients with outstanding payment plans, assisting them in understanding their options and creating a way forward.

• Engage in compassionate, solution-focused discussions that encourage patients to take action regarding their accounts.

• Address a portion of incoming patient inquiries, offering assistance with account support and guidance on payment plans.

• Inform patients about PayZen's platform and the advantages of digital payment solutions.

• Work collaboratively with providers as necessary to resolve issues related to patient accounts.

• Maintain accountability for core performance metrics, including call duration, collection results, and service quality.

• Recognize and report patterns in patient objections or friction points to enhance scripts, tools, and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in outbound sales, collections, payment plan servicing, or a high-volume customer-facing role.

• Ability to handle repetitive, high-volume outbound call responsibilities comfortably.

• A sincere capability to motivate individuals towards action while upholding empathy and professionalism.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and skill in addressing objections in real-time.

• Exceptional verbal communication skills: articulate, persuasive, and patient.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with a strong sense of self-accountability.

• Flexible and able to adapt to new tools, processes, and scripts in a dynamic startup environment.

• Required to disclose whether visa sponsorship will be necessary now or in the future for employment in the US.

• Preferred: Experience in healthcare, fintech, or payment servicing.

• Preferred: Experience in outbound cold-calling or sales.
