This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proactively reach out to qualified leads, former guests, and potential travelers through outbound sales initiatives.
• Conduct high-volume outbound engagement and follow-up to turn opportunities into confirmed bookings.
• Foster rapport and engage customers in sales discussions focused on travel.
• Gather insights into customer needs, preferences, timing, and travel objectives through a consultative approach.
• Suggest appropriate TTC brands, itineraries, and travel products.
• Oversee opportunities from the initial contact phase through to booking, closure, or final resolution.
• Maintain follow-up schedules and take ownership of designated sales opportunities.
• Identify chances to upsell and cross-sell relevant travel experiences.
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Engage in coaching, training, and development initiatives.
• Provide customer insights and feedback to enhance business and sales performance.
• Experience in outbound sales, business development, inside sales, or a high-performance contact center setting.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales, revenue, or conversion targets.
• Experience in proactively reaching out to customers and advancing opportunities toward a sale.
• Strong skills in objection handling, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow-up tasks concurrently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management tools.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment with quantifiable performance objectives.
• Previous experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or other high-value consultative sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with converting digital leads, abandoned carts, or customer inquiries into sales is a plus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Genesys, or similar CRM and contact center systems is advantageous.
• Awareness of TTC brands, destinations, or travel products is beneficial.
• Must be available to start training on November 16, 2026, if selected.
