Outbound Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Perform outbound outreach via calls, emails, and/or messaging to a verified list of contacts in the short-term rental and hospitality sectors.

• Establish rapport and credibility with hosts and rental companies to initiate new business discussions.

• Maintain a consistent and organized outreach schedule.

• Qualify interested contacts and guide them toward clear next steps.

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with potential partners.

• Identify and highlight high-potential opportunities for leadership follow-up.

• Document outreach activities, responses, and outcomes systematically.

• Provide regular updates on outreach volume, response rates, and pipeline developments.

• Share feedback from prospects to enhance messaging and targeting.

• Report directly to company leadership.

• Establish a high-quality outreach rhythm, generate qualified conversations and opportunities, and build momentum toward new business relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), sales development, outbound sales, or a comparable role.

• Proven hands-on experience in conducting outbound sales outreach.

• Experience in the short-term rental, hospitality, or travel industry is advantageous.

• Familiarity with CRM or outreach tracking tools is a plus.

• Experience selling to small business owners or independent operators is a plus.

• Ability to quickly build rapport with prospective partners.

• Comfortable with high-volume, consistent outreach and follow-up activities.

• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.

• Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently.

• Capability to maintain a steady outreach schedule.

• Comfortable working from a defined contact list and advancing prospects through a sales process.

• Candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

• An English resume in PDF format is required.

• Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
