This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Make outbound sales calls to potential patients or members utilizing a power dialer or similar outbound calling technology.
• Engage prospects in sales-driven discussions aimed at encouraging enrollment and program participation.
• Inform prospects about healthcare program advantages, eligibility criteria, and enrollment procedures.
• Assess prospect needs and handle objections to transform outreach efforts into successful enrollments.
• Precisely record call results, prospect details, and enrollment status within the CRM system.
• Achieve or surpass individual and team enrollment objectives as well as performance-based incentive goals.
• Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards relevant to healthcare outreach and enrollment activities.
• Work alongside team leads and account stakeholders to enhance outreach scripts and boost conversion rates.
• Keep current knowledge of healthcare program offerings, enrollment prerequisites, and industry regulations.
• Adjust to changing program requirements, scripts, and processes in a dynamic, startup-oriented environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
• Meet or exceed performance goals for associated KPIs.
• Continuously enhance understanding of healthcare enrollment processes, sales strategies, and industry best practices through training and educational initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments as necessary.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers and colleagues.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing support roles.
• At least one (1) to two (2) years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or healthcare enrollment positions within an outsourced services context.
• A strong sales orientation, with the capability to engage prospects in persuasive, needs-focused discussions.
• Comfortable operating in a performance- and incentive-driven atmosphere, with a results-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with outbound dialer technologies and CRM systems for tracking calls and documenting enrollments.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills, capable of building rapport and trust with potential patients or members.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare enrollment processes, eligibility requirements, or related program guidelines is advantageous.
• Strong adaptability, able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and quickly adjust to new scripts or program demands.
• Ability to function as an extension of the client's team, upholding professionalism and alignment with client expectations.
• Proficient problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively address prospect objections and concerns.
• Genesys experience or knowledge (power dialer) is preferred.
