This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers
• Promote additional products and services to current customers
• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism
• Address customer inquiries and effectively sell relevant products and services utilizing training and knowledge resources
• Listen actively to customers, comprehend their requirements, and resolve any issues
• Conduct research for missing information and collaborate with other departments
• Execute account management responsibilities using technology and systems
• Accurately document and process customer orders
• Adhere to prescribed scripts, policies, and procedures
• Safeguard confidential and personal data
• Refer customer concerns to the appropriate staff and management
• Participate in meetings and training sessions while reviewing new training materials
• Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to work schedules
• Engage with hundreds of customers nationwide each week, providing a top-tier customer experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Outstanding organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities
• Capable of typing 20+ words per minute
• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of the Windows operating system
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer inquiries
• Skills in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
• Strong customer service orientation
• Capacity to multitask, maintain focus, and self-manage
• Solid teamwork and customer-centric approach
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
• Must have authorization to work in the country where the job is located
• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation, including fingerprinting
• Willingness to participate in drug screening
• Preferred but not mandatory: one year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support within a contact center environment
• Preferred: experience in state or federal employment
