This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Engage with customers through inbound and outbound communications in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries and promote suitable products and services utilizing training and knowledge resources.
• Listen attentively to customers, comprehend their needs, and resolve any issues they may encounter.
• Investigate systems for any missing information and collaborate with other departments as necessary.
• Utilize systems and technology to perform account management duties effectively.
• Accurately document and process customer orders.
• Adhere to required scripts, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality and personal information regulations.
• Elevate customer concerns to the appropriate staff and management when necessary.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and review updated training materials.
• Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to work schedules.
• Interact with hundreds of customers weekly to foster customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately at a minimum of 20 words per minute.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Fundamental understanding of the Windows operating system.
• Highly dependable with a track record of regular attendance and punctuality.
• Capability to assess, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues effectively.
• Skills in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation are necessary.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain focus, and self-manage effectively.
• A strong sense of teamwork and a customer-centric approach.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment characterized by change and uncertainty.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is located.
• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting.
• Willingness to participate in drug screening.
