This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
• Promote additional products and services to existing clients.
• Manage incoming and outgoing customer interactions in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Address customer inquiries and recommend suitable products and services utilizing training and knowledge resources.
• Listen attentively to customers, comprehend their requirements, and resolve their issues.
• Investigate systems for missing information and collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Leverage systems and technology to perform account management tasks effectively.
• Meticulously document and process customer orders.
• Adhere to required scripts, policies, and procedures.
• Safeguard confidential and personal information.
• Escalate customer concerns to the relevant staff and management.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and review new training materials.
• Stay informed about program knowledge, system updates, and process changes.
• Comply with attendance and work schedule requirements.
• Engage with hundreds of customers each week nationwide while providing a top-tier customer experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of typing swiftly and accurately at a minimum of 20 words per minute.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Fundamental understanding of the Windows operating system.
• Highly dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues effectively.
• Skills in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficient in multitasking, maintaining focus, and managing oneself.
• Strong team player with a customer-centric approach.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced environment with ongoing changes and uncertainties.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships.
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
• Must be willing to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting.
• Must be willing to participate in drug screening.
• Preferred but not mandatory: one year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support within a contact center setting.
• Preferred but not required: experience in state or federal employment.
