This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
• Promote additional products and services to current clients.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism and timeliness.
• Address customer inquiries and recommend suitable products and services utilizing training and available resources.
• Actively listen to customers, comprehend their needs, and provide solutions to issues.
• Investigate systems for missing data and collaborate with other departments as necessary.
• Perform account-management duties using various systems and technologies.
• Accurately document and process customer orders.
• Adhere to prescribed scripts, policies, and procedures.
• Safeguard confidential and personal information.
• Refer customer issues to the relevant staff and management.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions, reviewing updated training materials.
• Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to work schedules.
• Engage with hundreds of customers weekly to enhance customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• Strong organizational skills along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of typing 20+ words per minute with accuracy.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Fundamental understanding of the Windows operating system.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Skills in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation are important.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Capable of multitasking, maintaining focus, and self-managing.
• Strong team-oriented mindset and customer-centric approach.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills are required.
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation, including fingerprinting.
• Must agree to drug screening.
• One year of relevant experience in a contact center is preferred, but not mandatory.
