This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
• Promote and enhance sales of current products and services.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications with courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Address customer inquiries and recommend suitable products and services by utilizing the knowledge base and training provided.
• Listen attentively to customers, comprehend their requirements, and resolve any issues.
• Investigate systems for any missing information and collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Execute account management responsibilities using various systems and technologies.
• Accurately document and process customer orders.
• Adhere to required scripts, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with confidentiality and personal information regulations.
• Elevate customer concerns to the appropriate staff and management.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions, and review updated training materials.
• Follow attendance and work schedule guidelines.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient typing skills of 20+ words per minute with accuracy.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Fundamental understanding of the Windows operating system.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues effectively.
• Skills in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Capability to multitask, maintain focus, and manage oneself effectively.
• Strong team player with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Must possess authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting.
