This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
• Promote and upsell current products and services.
• Manage incoming and outgoing customer interactions with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.
• Respond to customer inquiries and recommend suitable products and services based on training and the knowledge base.
• Actively listen to customers, comprehend their requirements, and address their issues.
• Investigate systems for absent information and collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Execute account management responsibilities utilizing various systems and technologies.
• Accurately document and process customer orders.
• Adhere to established scripts, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality and personal information regulations.
• Elevate customer concerns to the relevant staff and management.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions, and review new training materials.
• Maintain knowledge of programs, systems, and processes.
• Meet attendance and work-schedule expectations.
• Engage with hundreds of customers weekly across the nation while providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of typing over 20 words per minute with accuracy.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Fundamental understanding of the Windows operating system.
• Ability to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Skills in evaluating, troubleshooting, and following up on customer concerns.
• Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
• Customer-service focused mindset.
• Capability to multitask, maintain focus, and manage oneself effectively.
• Strong team-oriented approach and emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with ongoing changes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Must have authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security check with fingerprinting.
• Willingness to participate in drug screening.
• Preferred but not mandatory: one year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support within a contact center setting.
• Preferred but not mandatory: experience in state or federal roles.
