This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers
• Promote additional products and services to current customers
• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism
• Respond to customer inquiries and recommend suitable products and services utilizing training and knowledge resources
• Comprehend customer needs and address their concerns effectively
• Investigate systems for any missing information and collaborate with other departments
• Execute account-management tasks utilizing company systems and technology
• Accurately document and process customer orders
• Adhere to prescribed scripts, policies, and procedures
• Safeguard confidential and personal information
• Refer customer issues to the appropriate staff and management
• Participate in meetings and training sessions and review new training materials
• Maintain knowledge of programs, systems, and processes
• Meet attendance and work-scheduling expectations
• Provide an exceptional customer experience while supporting assigned projects and well-known brands
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Capability to type over 20 words per minute with accuracy
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Fundamental understanding of the Windows operating system
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
• Skills in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
• Customer-service mindset
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks, remain focused, and manage oneself
• Strong team collaboration and customer orientation
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
• Must be authorized to work in the location where the job is offered
• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security check with fingerprinting
• Willingness to participate in drug screening
• One year of relevant contact-center experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Previous State or Federal work experience is preferred
