This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Engage with customers through inbound and outbound communication in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
• Promote and upsell current products and services.
• Address customer inquiries by utilizing the knowledge base and training materials.
• Actively listen to customers, comprehend their requirements, and resolve any issues they may have.
• Investigate systems for any missing information and collaborate with other departments as necessary.
• Execute account-management responsibilities using the company’s systems and technology.
• Accurately document and process customer orders.
• Adhere to prescribed scripts, policies, and procedures.
• Safeguard confidential and personal information.
• Escalate concerns to the appropriate personnel and management.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions, and review updated training resources.
• Maintain required attendance and adhere to work schedules.
• Provide support to hundreds of customers nationwide each week while ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to accurately type at least 20 words per minute.
• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Basic familiarity with the Windows operating system.
• Highly dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer concerns.
• Skill in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to multitask, maintain focus, and manage oneself effectively.
• Strong team-oriented approach and customer focus.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Must have authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security check that includes fingerprinting.
• Must be open to drug screening.
• Preferred, but not mandatory: one year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support within a contact center.
• Preferred, but not mandatory: experience in state or federal employment.
