This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Make both outbound and inbound calls to patients during the Annual Enrollment Period to discuss coverage choices and address inquiries.
• Collaborate with PRMs and brokers to facilitate patient assistance.
• Guide patients through various healthcare coverage alternatives.
• Record patient interactions, subsequent actions, and results in the appropriate systems.
• Work alongside center team members to identify patients requiring additional support and ensure follow-through on action items.
• Coordinate with insurance brokers to ensure seamless transitions and respond to inquiries.
• Provide updates to center team members regarding patient needs and enrollment progression.
• Relay patient feedback and obstacles to leadership to enhance processes and the patient experience.
• Conduct calls, texts, and emails in accordance with a structured outreach schedule.
• Handle a high volume of daily outreach while maintaining personalized communication.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to achieving enrollment success objectives.
• Proven track record in sales, inside sales, or customer service.
• 1–2 years of experience in a role that involves direct interaction with patients or customers.
• Comfortable managing a large number of calls and follow-ups during peak enrollment times.
• Empathetic, articulate communicator with strong listening abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in engaging with multiple stakeholders.
• Capable of quickly establishing trust and handling sensitive discussions in a professional manner.
• Enjoys conversing with seniors.
• Proficient with email, Microsoft Office applications, and computer reporting tools.
• Works collaboratively with center team members, brokers, and internal partners.
• Must possess U.S. work authorization.
• Exhibits a positive and solutions-focused attitude.
• Able to clearly and supportively simplify complex information for patients.
• Strong organizational capabilities and adept at managing multiple priorities.
• Previous experience in healthcare, insurance, or senior services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage, Dual-Eligible populations, or enrollment procedures is preferred but not essential.
