This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and nurture a team of Outbound Sales Specialists to meet revenue, conversion, and productivity objectives.
• Mentor team members through call evaluations, performance reviews, and continuous skill enhancement.
• Track contact rates, conversion rates, revenue achievement, productivity, and funnel metrics.
• Leverage data and performance insights to pinpoint opportunities, eliminate obstacles, and enhance outcomes.
• Drive outbound sales initiatives including high-intent leads, past guest outreach, abandoned cart recovery, and customer re-engagement campaigns.
• Establish and uphold performance management and accountability standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Contact Center leadership to optimize lead quality and campaign efficiency.
• Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and development of the expanding outbound sales team.
• Suggest and implement enhancements to processes, workflows, scripts, and sales methodologies.
• Provide operational insights and best practices to shape and expand TTC's outbound sales capabilities.
• Over 3 years of outbound sales experience in a sales contact center, business development, or similarly target-oriented setting.
• Prior experience in people leadership with accountability for coaching, performance management, and team outcomes.
• Proven track record in managing measurable revenue, sales, conversion, or productivity goals.
• Strong grasp of outbound sales strategies, lead management, and sales funnel dynamics.
• Proven ability to utilize data and reporting to enhance performance metrics.
• Experience in coaching consultative selling techniques, objection handling, and conversion strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the capability to influence across different teams.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration to achieve wider business goals.
• Background in leading outbound sales, inside sales, business development, or contact center sales teams.
• Experience in developing, launching, or scaling new sales initiatives or capabilities.
• Familiarity with marketing-generated leads, lead nurturing, customer re-engagement, or abandoned cart strategies.
• Experience in the travel, hospitality, or any high-consideration consumer sales field.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Genesys, or comparable CRM/contact center technologies.
• Availability to commence training on November 16, 2026, if selected.
