Outbound Sales Consultant III – BDR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct research to identify high-potential Mid-Market clients.

• Utilize online research, social media, and industry events to discover opportunities.

• Qualify leads according to established criteria and evaluate their fit and readiness.

• Create and implement focused outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calling, personalized email outreach, and other methods.

• Engage in discussions with key stakeholders in Mid-Market organizations.

• Identify prospects' pain points, challenges, and business goals related to financial management and accounting.

• Organize and arrange meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.

• Manage calendar availability and enhance scheduling efficiency.

• Provide prospects with pertinent information, resources, and insights.

• Monitor and update lead statuses, interactions, and results in the CRM system.

• Keep an eye on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics that pertain to the Mid-Market segment and QuickBooks.

• Collect and synthesize insights for the Marketing, product, and sales teams.

• Assist in crafting targeted messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for the Mid-Market QuickBooks segment.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or as a BDR.

• Outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating value propositions persuasively and building rapport with various stakeholders.

• Strong interpersonal abilities, adept at establishing and nurturing professional relationships founded on trust, empathy, and mutual respect.

• Self-driven and results-oriented, possessing a proactive mindset and a relentless focus on achieving goals and enhancing revenue growth.

• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with a solid understanding of lead tracking and management best practices.

• Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting swiftly to changing priorities and embracing new challenges with enthusiasm.

• Inquisitive and dedicated to continuous learning, keeping abreast of industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities in the Mid-Market QuickBooks sector.

• Relevant experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, especially in the Mid-Market segment, is a significant advantage.

• Prepare a presentation of 2–3 slides maximum for the interview.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
