Outbound Sales Consultant

📋 Description

• Transform warm, marketing-generated leads into tailored treatment plans

• Oversee a pipeline of warm leads and achieve individual revenue objectives

• Navigate the lead queue utilizing the CRM system

• Engage in consultative phone discussions with patients

• Inform patients about LaserAway's treatment options

• Address objections and follow up consistently

• Successfully close sales

• Ensure pipeline visibility and outline clear next steps

• Represent LaserAway's national clinic presence in designated U.S. regions

• Report directly to the Remote Sales Director

• Collaborate with LaserAway's national marketing team and manage warm inbound leads

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous outbound sales experience is essential

• Proven track record as an outbound or phone-based sales professional

• Comfortable making over 100 outbound calls daily

• Capable of managing an independent sales pipeline

• Ability to cover a specific U.S. time zone

• Driven by measurable outcomes

• Skilled in conducting consultative phone conversations, educating patients, overcoming objections, following up persistently, and closing sales

• Proficient in CRM systems

• Background in aesthetics is not mandatory
