Outbound Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Transform warm, marketing-generated leads into tailored treatment plans

• Oversee a pipeline of warm inbound leads alongside a revenue target

• Navigate the lead queue and engage in consultative phone discussions

• Inform patients about LaserAway's treatment options

• Address objections and maintain persistent follow-up

• Finalize sales through phone-based consultations

• Track pipeline activities and next steps using the CRM

• Report directly to the Remote Sales Director

• Collaborate with LaserAway's nationwide marketing team

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior outbound sales experience is essential

• Proven track record as an outbound or phone-based sales expert

• Capable of executing high-volume phone sales

• Must be able to make 50+ outbound calls daily

• Proficient in managing an independent sales pipeline

• Willingness to cover a designated U.S. time zone

• Driven by quantifiable results

• No background in aesthetics necessary

• Must be able to work full-time in a remote setting
