Outbound Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Transform warm, marketing-generated leads into comprehensive treatment plans.

• Oversee a pipeline of warm leads while achieving a designated revenue target.

• Navigate the lead queue through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Engage in consultative phone discussions with patients.

• Inform patients about LaserAway's various treatment options.

• Address objections, consistently follow up, and close sales effectively.

• Make over 50 outbound calls each day.

• Independently manage the sales pipeline.

• Collaborate with LaserAway's national marketing team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mandatory outbound sales experience.

• Proven track record as an outbound or phone-based sales professional.

• Comfortable with making 50+ outbound calls daily.

• Capable of managing an independent sales pipeline.

• Must be available to cover a designated U.S. time zone.

• Driven by measurable results.

• Proficient in conducting consultative phone conversations, educating patients, overcoming objections, persistently following up, and closing sales.

• No prior aesthetics background is necessary.
