Outbound Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Transform warm, marketing-generated leads into LaserAway treatment plans.

• Oversee a pipeline of warm, incoming leads alongside a revenue target.

• Manage the lead queue and engage in consultative phone discussions.

• Inform patients about LaserAway treatment alternatives.

• Address objections and maintain consistent follow-up.

• Finalize sales through consultations conducted via phone.

• Track pipeline activity using the CRM system.

• Report to the Remote Sales Director.

• Work in collaboration with LaserAway's national marketing team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven outbound sales experience is essential.

• Background as an experienced outbound or phone-based sales professional.

• Comfortable with making over 50 outbound calls daily.

• Capable of building trust and instilling urgency through phone interactions.

• Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline.

• Available to cover a designated U.S. time zone.

• Driven by quantifiable results.

• A background in aesthetics is not mandatory.

• Must be able to work remotely in a full-time capacity.
